An item of proper quality can be exchanged or returned within 14 days if it hasn't been used and its original condition is preserved.

The item must have no signs of wear or use, and keep its original labels and tags, complete set and packaging, if the packaging is part of the product.

You may try on a T-shirt to check the size. If it has already been used, washed or shows signs of wear, it can't be returned as an item of proper quality.

Message us on Telegram and include your order number.

If the size you need is in stock, we'll exchange the item. If not, we'll find another option together.

Shipping costs for exchanging or returning an item of proper quality are paid by the buyer.

If we sent the wrong item, colour or size, or you received an item with a manufacturing defect, message us on Telegram and attach a photo.

We'll offer a replacement or another suitable solution.

If the problem is on our side, we cover the shipping costs related to the return or exchange.

Pre-order items follow the same exchange and return rules once received.

Buying an item as a pre-order doesn't change the terms of its return or exchange.

We'll clarify the details and tell you where and how to send the item.

Please don't send a return without agreeing it with us first, so we know what the parcel is and can collect it in time.
